Question about weber monocouche, rendaid and mesh

Hi im planning on having my house rendered, id like to use these products.

1. I read that a bag of rendaid will cover 7sqm, is this realistic. Its says that a covering of 3mm is sufficient. Its a 9030s house but the brickwork is good and level.
2. Anyone know roughly how much a bag of rendaid costs?
3. Would you use a mesh in the rendaid or the monocouche? Is it practical to use mesh with this?
