affordability is the word mate, you can build it into your costs but it could make a difference to your bottom line

Sounds pricey, av used that everbuild carpet protector stuff on windows before cos it comes off quite easy and its not that pricey and you get a canny bit on the roll

You can buy a 50 metre roll of protective plastic for a tenner and say 3 rolls of masking tape for 20 quid so that works out at about 60p per metre

How much does it cover?

apparently the guy is going to get back to me later. the job im on they paid £500 to have inside and out masked and protected. this was about a £1.5m house. and that was the companies guys protecting it for the builder.

you can also buy it in tubs of different sizes but dont know the price yet. it looked pretty hard wearing and easy to apply to me. i just hate trying to apply plastic when its windy, of when some overspray hits it it fallsoff etc. we shall see.....

we used it years ago . thats why we dont use it now .. it dont stick to brick or stone you have to pre fill any key holes or it will jam locks up and if you over spray to much on your windows with this stuff on and dont wipe it off the protector peel wont come off.

if i mask up keyholes and carry a sponge around it should work fine :RpS_thumbsup:

A builder I sometimes work for once told me if you put freeflow on mullions and corner stones etc and throw sand on it you can brush it off at the end. Might try it some time to see if it works!
