Pricing to screed a floor

I am after some of you guys knowledge regarding the price of floor screeding. Just been offered 170m on a new build block and beam and don't know the going rate. Charge by the metre? If so any ideas would be much appreciated. Southcoast region.

Is it labour only ? is it ready mix screed ? is there any prep work involved mesh/ insulataion ? standard 65mm depth ? and it does depend on how much you want / or can lay a day .

Last one we priced was direct bond £11.50 m2 ready mix

usually charge 10.00 m2 midlands area ready mix

Yep between 10 and 12 quid a sq m chief - You say South Coast - Anywhere near Bournemouth ?
