If it's domestic and you don't want to loose out then price it based on how long it will take you. Or are you tendering for site work?

This is very simple mate many have lost out going in on meterage rates on domestic.

Labour only £11 ? yeah it’s a arse and the ceiling may need to be rolled in and it’s a pretty big ceiling 17 metres long 5 metres wide

FreeD I normally do work it out by doing a walk round and working out the days and adding them up and sending a price over I just thought it was about big the whole job is 569.5m2 the other two top 3 rooms vaulted also but can reach them off a crate it’s not site mate it’s one of my soonest if jobs but they put a huge extension on what would your price be based on them metres roughly thanks

Ffs!! Give it a rest.
You should NOT be doing a job of that size if you can’t even price it!!

Also if you can’t think of any think constructive to reply with I wouldn’t bother posting it’s just a waste of typing time isn’t isn’t it your never going to get that back again are you

Isn’t that the whole point in being on this plastering page to ask questions ? Is it not ? And not expect a childish answer reply

Been on and off self employed for years been back on my own for about a year and a half live near Stratford upon Avon Shakespeare town just wanted some other opinions that was all I was going to price the big vaulted area at 9m2 and the rest at 7m2 and put a day or so extra on for the knock through into the house I work on day rate of £200 and add days up and put that into price on my smaller jobs just so you know

Price it at £5,695 all in, ie £10m2 including materials. Then work out how many days(at least £300 a day + labourer if you have one) it would take to do it from start to finish and add on materials. Then charge the price you are most comfortable with. If you're worried about charging too much go for the cheapest price but don't undervalue yourself.

Why your allowed to work in groups. Look at.road workers and council. If two or more are doing a ceiling they wont be stood next to each other

Both be handed buckets by the labourer, both be climbing up same ladder on scaffold etc. Labourer almost certainly travelling in one of the vans if not all 3 in same one. People won't social distance on site

Last time I was in Stratford was at the horse racing getting smashed and losing my money, I've done plenty of jobs near by back in the day in Bidford and inkberrow Warwickshire way, whatever you quote them tell them if they chuck a blowjob in you will knock abit of the price
