plastering plastic cavity closer above a window

hi

i was wondering if anyone can advise. i'm a diy'er plasterer. i've just built an extension on my house and without going into details i had to use concrete lintels on the inner and outside skins of the wall.

to close the cavity at the top of the opening i've used plastic cavity closers. will plaster (bonding?) stick to these ok, i'm guessing there just plastered over when used in the sides and bootom, any advice appreciated.

yes that's a good idea. i stuck up some insulated plasterboard to the walls using that foam. cheers
