I have two projects ready for boarding and skimming next week 13th December. One property is a 7 bedroom HMO in Nottingham and the other is a 7 bedroom HMO in Derby.

Skimming £7 Per SQM
Ceilings fire boarded £5 Per SQM
Bonding £5 Per SQM
Boarding stud walls £4 Per SQM
Dot & Dab £4.50 Per SQM
