Get out the house quick it looks like subsidence, call a structural engineer for an in depth report

f**k**g hell lads poor bloke is only asking 4 advice..anyway scrape back any loose plaster off,bond up where needed using thistle bonding coat then pva all when bonding as gone in then skim away..its xmas hence me giving a diyer advice..

If it's cavity walls your best to dot n dab , floating is a tough first attempt
