Hello

Looking to get upstairs artexted ceilings skimmed over - the artex is extremely shallow and I don't think would need any scraping at all. All the ceilings are rectangular in shape. Prices for below?

Ceiling 1

221cm x 189cm - underlying ceiling lathe and plaster in sound condition

Ceiling 2
--------
285cm x 165cm - underlying ceiling 12.5mm plasterboard

Ceiling 3
--------
234cm x 130cm - underlying ceiling 12.5mm plasterboard

Ceiling 4
--------
334cm x 284cm - underlying ceiling 12.5mm plasterboard

Ceiling 5 ( 'T' shape)

430cm x 121cm - underlying ceiling 12.5mm plasterboard
82cm x 318cm - underlying ceiling lathe and plaster in sound condition

better than payin rated tradesmen a tenner and £40 a month :)
 
or maybe its some spread wanting us to price the job?

at least if this was the case he didnt have registered 'myhammer' users actually PAYING to price the job for him...

not saying it was....

could be though...

gosh im getting cynical in my old age :-[

did anyone recommend anyone else off here?
 
no this is the first plasterers forum iv ever been on i wouldnt get other lads on here to price up a job and tbh i dnt like pricing jobs up i havent ever looked at yeah sizes are fine and all that but can u take his word for it that it doesnt need scraping off they are the sizes hes put u dnt even no if u can scim over the artex they all mite b crumblin and fooked then u end up at the job and comin home again to get the mats to do the job properly i always try and go look at the job b4
