Plasterer and a Baker ...

Hello ,,,,

I've been artisan baking for about 3 years now,,on and off,,and have learnt a lot ,,albeit I'm no head baker ,,,but I can bake a mean sourdough ,,and some cakes and pastries:-)

However I do miss plasterering,,and am interested in more heritage and listed building stuff ,,no site work stuff ,,I'm 37,,and work well within a team or alone ,,, very interested in doing polished stuff to,,own tools ,,never sold them !!! And I have transport :-)

Welcome along, I spent the first six weeks after leaving school in 1980 working in a bakery before I started my apprenticeship. It put me of pies for a good few year but surprisingly did not put me off fresh cream cakes :D
