Plaster on metal sheathing...Please HELP!

Hi all...

Wanted some help and advice so I've come to the experts...The builder has recently plastered (bonding coat + multifinish) the new extension and since then it has dried somewhat. But what I've noticed is the plaster is showing where the metal sheathing has been put in by the sparky. Why is this? And what can be done to remedy this? or is this normal? And by the way the plaster feels smooth like the rest of the wall.

I have attached a few pics so any help will be much appreciated.
