I used to love it. Guy prods and pushes spine for 10 minutes, then gives it some serious pressure and then CRACK! Bliss; the relief when it pops back.
He then used to put various heat lamps or electro stimulation pads on and leave me for a bit. Always slightly embarrasing when he came back and I was fast asleep dribbling all over the floor! :baba:

Go every 2 month, sleep like a baby at night for the first week till it all creeps back.

In docs this morning. Then booking physio . See what they say
Docs don't generally recommend chiropractors as they'd rather give you drugs.

I go to one occasionally as my one shoulder drops a bit. Not in pain, but just feel twisted up and a bit awkward. Always come out feeling fantastic.
It doesn't hurt mate, you just gotta relax and go with it.

Depends what your problem is? Chiro for skeleton problems. Bad backs.

Aching muscles then physio. Although my problem is torn pelvis muscles due to fused pelvis so it a chiropractor to diagnose the aching muscle problem. Yoga, how to use your back sensible and diet.
