PFT G4 and limelite

Has anyone sprayed limelite before? If so, I could use some help!

We will be using a PFT G4 light.

It's an old chapel with 9m high walls.

I've used MP75, hardwall and webber but never limelite.

I could do with some advice on machine setup, material working time, etc.

not sure it can be sprayed mate.i`m sure I phoned them and asked.

If you do spray it can you get back to us and let us know how you got on? I always 2 coat limelite 1 day apart at least to avoid cracking.

Just been looking at the datasheets it doesnt say anything about spraying or even mixing times. Ive sprayed plenty of lime renders with no problem

Lime lite is a cement based light weight pre mixed plaster.( not lime)

Having a fairly small aggregate size , we put it through an M Tec 300 no problem at about 750 on the water. ( I guess it will go through a G4 ).

If building out heavy, at least 4 days plus between coats and at least 2 to 3mm thinner for each subsequent coat.
