Pebble dashing

People often think of dash as that horrible brown stuff you get on 70s houses but the new systems and colours are actually quite nice when done properly.

I did some patching in about a year ago and before that probably 10yr plus since I done any of that shite ! I like it it’s sexual (y)
 
the stones we get come in 25kg bags already washed we just load the scaffold with them.

we have had flint dyed different colours, some very bright colours to use on bands on tower blocks. the flint is dyed in Denmark all based material.
we where always told as apprentices never to wash stone as it will cause lime bloom on the dash.

I did quite a few dashed jobs when eco started, they’re as bad a K-rend to turning green
