Patchy K1 K rend

Renderer applied K1 K Rend on top of HP12 base and it is patchy and pitted in areas. Any advice on whether this can be patched over or whether an additional coat of K1 top can be applied and sctatched back?

It can be re-beaded and gone over again I'd get someone else to do it

Could I just ask what mm bead would you recommend to go over the top? Would I need another coat of HP12?

To go over I'd use 10mm beads and you can buy primers to paint on first
