Has anyone had success in patching mono and then painting the entire elevation and not being able to see the patch at all. Just curious if the edging of the patch is visible? Any pics if so cheers

I had successfully patched weber in

Builder I know used someone cheap and foreign.

Beads blew, cracks galore....

Took my time on the repair.
Put on 2mm proud then dressed back.

(This was before any painting obviously)

Blend was bang on. But as the job was 1 year on from original, the shading and colour was never going to match.

I think they used smooth masonry on it.

Really blended well.

This was weber.

Cheers pal any pics? What did you do with the edges just tickle them?

Not sure on pics.

I'll check through though.

Scrape edges, as per normal, brass wire brush (soft type), and small tool.

I think weber works well as would most parex, due to the coarser grains.

Finer grains may take longer to blend in.
