There’s f all wrong with the skimming, it’s just dried out with these weird patches in and I wondered if anyone else had ever come across it so if you ain’t got a helpful answer keep your stupid f*ckin comments to yourself

What was on that wall before you plastered it? (paint, wallpaper etc.) (not sure if you meant painted externally)

Was there any damp or mould on the wall before you plastered it?

What prep did you do to the wall before applying the plaster?

What condition is the exterior face of the wall?

You can see the line from top down to bottom up where they meet. The tail end of the top down coat has dried to quickly.

Looks like quite a bit of water used to finish. Probably drying out unevenly, then scraped to finish and possibly no heating on in the house to help dry it out.

Yeah water all over, you can see each trowel sweep by the light lines at the heel and toe of the trowel blade.
