Partitioning and dry-lining in 2 newly built flats

Dry-liners required for:
- metal partinioning of 45 lm of internal walls, height of wall about 2.5m
- dry-lyining 200m2 of walls and 135m2 of ceiling

These ones are 2 newly built flats at the top (2nd) floor.
The material will be provided by the client.
Please reply only if you have the right experience, if you are tidy and organised.
The building is in Staines TW18 2BD
Starting end July.

it will be small areas mind, not something a LTD drylining firm would be interested in, needs a good tradesman on it

The No.2 flats are 68m2 each (the 2 bedrooms are actually quite large).
The building it's a timber frame build, so the external walls have to be dry-lined too and with 2 layers of heavy plasterboards.

Sorry for the confusion.
I meant the inside of the external (structural) walls have to be dry-lined.
No need for external rendering on the outside, as there is a bricked wall.
