Hello,
I am currently having the front of my property rendered with Acrylic/Silicone Parex system after being rebuilt dew to some structural issues I had. The problem is, I think the renders rushed and didn't apply the porous regulator (Microgobetis 3000) to substrate (old bricks & medium density concrete blocks.) I am worried the (Monogris E base coat) won't adhere to the fairly clean masonry beneath. The porous regulator was in the written quote, but there is no evidence it was used (no splashes runs no old tub none under small section of render I removed etc) am I over worrying?
Thank you
Gary

Thanks for the reply. I've just asked the renderers, and they said "they deemed it unnecessary". It seems they didn't prime the wall at all and went straight on with the base coat, even though it was in the quote, do you think this is acceptable? Thanks again, Gary
