Shut up you pair of runts. If you must know, customer called me, complaining about Shadows in my walls because they've painted when they were told not to. I didn't know how to sort it out because I've never fcuking done it.

Patchy paint surface can happen from wall not dry ,, doesn't help if its been over troweled with water giving inconsistent suction ,
 
Wait.. Paint trouble always wait for it to dry. Then have a look and decide what to do. Contract emulsion will sand back or scrape off. Might be OK when dry.
