Painted houses during covid meh

Look at 3 houses yesterday to be recoated with a dry dash finish.
All painted during covid fml.

Looking for some advice for this, normally I don’t touch painted house.
I hate chipping off,
all 3 houses was tested, all solid.

All 3 house are finished in wet dash so that’s like concrete, it absolutely solid.
Chipping off ain’t happening.

Don’t want to needle gun them either.

What options do I have for recoating on to of paint.
I’ve explained there’s no guarantee because of the painted surface.

Wet dash has been mixed with granite chips, providing a good key if it wasn’t painted.

If it was me .
& You can not guarantee it ....so forget it ... easier ways to make money ....

Looking for a solution to this painted houses I’ve looked at.
Like a bit of a challenge and learning to get around problem jobs.


Not to fussed if it’s extra work but chipping off ain’t happening, solid concrete that
wet mix.

Likely you got too much hanging on that wall with another 25mm. ...... I’d have them hacked off with the makita inside a week .

It gets you away from dash period ..

Eps can work. You just sell them the dream of heat savings ...but your changing cills if pvc ... poss soil pipe alts ..

Was off work for 3 months.

You come and hack it off we will she who’s the wimp.

Not sure if it’s different down south but up Scotland on the coast,
It’s a scratchcoat, smoothed coat and hit with wet dash.
The mix is granite chips, sand and cement mixed together, solid as fuk.
