Keep hearing it's the immigrants causing the problems to the NHS, so let's hear what a doctor says, before you blame propaganda or look for someone else to blame maybe imagine for a second it's true. Also hear, well them that can afford it should pay which in turn means them that can't afford it won't get it, save all the bullshit about the scroungers I've heard it, also 5-6 pensioners are now classed as wealthy.

Waste and over crowded due to mass immigration and health tourism.
No ni number no treatment.

Currently too busy working to watch videos, I'm doing my bit so the feckless and feral can be housed feed and watered
Bet the wife wouldn't be happy hearing you describe the family but wouldn't surprise me if she ignores you ;)

Not really as you know It's left wing let me get 10 Tory voters in a room and let them explain just for balance
They have got doctors and nurses in a room do you not get it? If you were a doctor or nurse in their position and seeing the effects of the cuts on the front line would you vote for a party who is doing it? Who knows they may of been Tory voters previously? Atleast they are not actors or councillors of the party. At which point will you believe their are people dying because of these cuts? You've just had a baby, you of all people should know how important the NHS coz its fresh in your mind.

My sister is a midwife and the mother in law runs a dr surgery and I'm well informed of how it works one thinks it's bad one thinks it's ok I know how important the NHS is and we received brilliant care and me and my partner as tax payers deserved that care like u do as a taxpayer I can't accept people who haven't paid in abusing it and expecting care but they do we need to move stuff In house like maintenance instead of paying contractors and 3rd parties to do jobs that are charged at extortionate rates that would save at least a billion easy

I've been in and out of hospital quite a bit recently and it's a complete shambles individually most of the staff are amazing but collectively as a team it's embarrassing the consultants and doctors do f**k all and the nurses and health care assistants do all the work it's heartbreaking to see and when your welfare is in there hands it's worrying some real lazy c**ts at my local hospital obviously fed up and unmotivated to work

Do you think if one of them was to appear in a similar video describing the way it's run do you think they would be of the same opinion? At a guess I would say your mother in law said it was ok? Would you consider your sister in law to be just a leftie if she was to say how the tories were running it into the ground and it's becoming an unhappy environment to work in or would you agree with her? Just out of interest :)

Yes my sister is a leftie and we argue loads

Get her to log on here :) so I'm right anyone who is on the front line and sees it first hand who then speaks about it is a leftie? Tut tut
My sister is just as brainwashed as you with her liberal socialist unicorn riding views

It is literally the way of life every country every government, less you get paid more you have to work

But they did know the pay when they signed up and that's why many more now are not taking up the thousands of jobs going in the NHS I think they do deserve a pay rise as it's a job I wouldn't do but to much is wasted on middle managers and more concerned on targets than actually paying a decent wage, it's been going on for years but as I've said before mass immigration and not having the infrastructure to cope has had a detrimental effect on it

So you take away pay rises and sack staff and that will fix it?

Sack the middle managers and give the money to the frontline yes but as @Natwasere has said just chucking money at it doesn't solve it as the money is reaching the wrong places when it does get thrown at it

So you agree with what corbyn wants?
That isn't what Corbyn is saying he just wants to throw money at it not reform it as a whole I'm up for a major overhaul from top to bottom and treat who has paid in and deserves the care

Throw money at lol maybe you should look at as investing in OUR NHS? The tories are doing an overhaul but starting at the bottom do you not actually get that? You say money is wasted so would you say it's wasted on the nurses?

Incorrect the government doesn't decide where the money is spent, that's the NHS management so blame them for cutting at the bottom, you always blame the wrong people

We've been here before lol the government decides how much they get so if they cut it there is less, you do get that? With an aging population and services cut there is a problem straight away, so rather than start from the top they cut from the bottom ie nurses and wages not in line with inflation, so we need bigger hospitals or more, and we need more staff it's quite simple, corbyne has all this info, I've posted it maybe if you had read it earlier, we wouldn't be going round in circles and you might educate yourself and actually debate, rather than looking for a way out, it's pathetic.

Ageing population, mass immigration is a bigger issue. Nhs management waste way too much, they need to get that in order before asking for more money.
