hi guys.... got a job thursday and friday with another plasterer who i used to work for .hes sending me on a job where they are using one coat plaster i have never used this before so i would like some advice on this if pos...how thick to lay it on..trowling up etc etc.. ;) ;)

Use as a normal backing plaster but dont rub up, sponge off when going off and use the fat to trowel up with.

Loves water one coat plaster ,use flat brush as normal then go over with sponge float bring up loads of fat trowel up as normal

You can put loads on aswell as prev posts say lay it on quite thick let it tighten up a bit sponge float it up then trowel.I always give it 4 trowels as well the last one been a dry hard one coz it does blister.

hi guys thanks for advice i have now used the one coat not sure if i really like using it but you can lay fooking loads on and still have enough time for a cup of tea ,read paper before you have to get the sponge float out..
