Cheers lads ill see if I can get someone who does undercutting I don't have the time or patience..or skill.

If no joy the skirtings will be coming up.

Undercutting is an option, supposed to be a b*****d to get the last row clicked in though. Do you know the guy Stu?

Cut off the click groove and glue it, You can get clamps to hold it in place!
