I've got one but it lives in the van mate. I don't think that you can honestly beat a gauging trowel for awkward places, especially behind pipes! That's what I prefer anyway.

Used it today behind alarm sensors, tight gaps under or around sockets, prefer it to my gauge trowels as it's much more flexible

I got a stainless ox piping trowel 6 months ago, rusted after 1st use
Shoulda sent it bck but couldn't be arsed
I noticed somebody else posted the same about them months ago

Mines rust free today. I keep all my tools in an open top bag, so they dry out. Iv got MT gauge trowelles Iv had for over 15 years there s**t. Very rarely use them.

If you have had a gauging trowel for over 15yrs I doubt very much it's s**t unless it's been in your garage for 14&half yrs of its life! I've had mine 15 and it's the nuts!!

Just shows you what works for one tradesmen doesn't work for the next. There's always more than one way to skin a cat

Dont mind a pipe trowel every now and then , do prefer my mt gauge though. I call pipe trowels burger flippers
