Looks like a cheap pound shop knife, but don't be fooled - it's much stronger, much better made, and the blade is held very safely due to the thumbwheel design clamping the blade 100% (no risk of the blade accidentally slipping, like cheap knives do). You can find these Olfa knives being used in factories all over the world.

They don't last years. They last decades.

Absolutely love mine.
 
At work carry a budget folding knife in pocket. With decent blades.
Handy for use while meshing and getting coated in render

Stanley fixed for tacking.



My favourite is tajima though.
Tajima V rex blades are decent too.
Stanley carbide blades last well as do Hultafors (but pricey).

I've just bought some Stanley carbide blades, £8+vat for ten blades. When you getting some @John j?

“Way better” as in they cut sharper and don’t wear out no where as quick, try them out before u question bud, I’ve used wiss for donkeys and it’s a no contest lol

I used to have between two and eight spreads working for me and cut and fixed every single angle bead, including stainless steel on the renders, on over 800 houses with a single pair of Wiss snips. I reckon they're as good as anything out there alright.

I’ve always had WISS snips too :numberone:
