Nela s*p*r*lex 11...is this normal?

The black tape (what's that all about by the way) is starting to fray and starting to peel back very slightly - anyone had the same and does it get worse?

I've got a s*p*r*lex from last year or year before, the 2nd batch that came out after the delaminating ones and the black plastic is just starting to flake from it. It's lasted well til now though.

You say black plastic -mine is definately black 'gaffer' type tape

After closer examination there is definately a plate underneath the black tape - being not suspicious at all...I hope the thousands that were made were not just 'covered up' with gaffer tape to hold it in place

It won't cause and issue, if your not happy we can still swap it

That doesn't matter, we sell every NELA in the UK and now Ireland. We can still sort it for you

My tape is coming off at the back . Can I send it back . The first one I had I used as a floor scraper but the blades are shits on nails
