i had a busy day work saturday (14 hours driving and skimming).....took kids swimming to sand castle this morning for 4 hours im knackered !!
looking good vincey !!
ive got front garden and down side of house to sort soon......wish me luck matey ;)
 
Multi traders are not like good old school builders they are diyers giving things a bash cos they done a bit indoors and now take trades away from the real skilled trades ones who had to learn a trade and stuck with it, I do like an old school builder normally an old bricky or Chippie and get trades in when they want a proper job the only downfall is haggling on a price but once in with them you can normally price and not even have a quabble over the price,multi fakers profess to do anything yet rarely do they wanna touch plastering or at a max a patch recently I couldn't get to a job was too busy so they gave to a multi trader he turned up at job and said I can't do this in a patch plasterer and walked off job so I got a phone call begging me to try fit it in was a good moment and put me in a good position

I can Build blocks
plaster and can plaster in a squad, boarding etc...
Can labour
Stone work
concrete work
Can tile bathrooms, kitchens, floors etc...
build boats, stair cases, wooden floors, stud walls
Can roof houses or garages if they are straight forward
Can do a full bathroom refit, turn into a wet room etc...
build garages, sun rooms, extentions
Renovate old cottages
Can weld, make gates and even used to make the bumpers for the 40ft lorries
Can even wire out a full house from scratch.
The list goes on.

Seen some of your work so hardly a chancer more of an old school builder but bet if you really hadn't a clue about something you would rather get someone in that can do a decent job
