That's a marshalltown permashape. THE best trowel available and you can't get on with it? FFS mate, you've only used it twice lol. There's something wrong here :-\

same as mine steve. Don't know about you but i'm getting along famously with mine ;D infact, i think i'll go out and buy another tomorrow for my display cabinet 8)

not used it mate, just got my MT permashape 14" broken in nice so going to start using this new one for rendering and floors so its a back up

i was a refina man but i've changed my ways. and bruce thats how i treat my trowels. without a decent trowel a plasterer is useless. its the most important tool in the van. an old drill and a new drill do the same job, so does a hammer. but a trowel, now that needs extra special attenion and TLC.
