Monocouche help please

I’m after some advice on Monocouche.

When I try to rule it off I’m finding that it tears and pulls off on my edge. Then when I try to put it back in with the trowel it pulls off even more.

Has anyone experienced this and can give me an idea of how to stop this happening please? It’s driving me mad.

Cheers! My serrated rule isn’t long enough so I need to get a longer one.

Gear to stiff/ left to long.

As above your gear is too stiff and you have left it to long before ruling. I made it on the wet side and ruled as soon as possible. Far easier to move fluid render around.

Rule it straight away serrated fill in any hollows then spat
I section when ready

Make sure you say ft
