Modified screed.

Flexi Screed V Ronacrete uniscreed ??

Mapai Topcem V Ardex Rapid X 35 ??

Debate any one ?

Ardex is great for small areas, we have found its pot life too short if doing anything over 30 metres, repeatedly washing out mixer etc. I find the Topcem gives a much better pot life and workability is superb, closes in good when floating off.

FlexiDry is a low volume additive, really easy to transport. Good workability and open time. Guaranteed to dry on time using Calcium Carbide test. Dry times of 3, 7, 14 and 21. DMC Rail recently used F0 for 5500sm at Blackfriars Station, CSC Screeding at Lancaster's with 16000sm of F1, CCS Drywall on various 1000sm projects. No need for polythene cure and 12 hour walk on time. Good price

Just like the web site says, although not sure about the price, needs to come down a tad in my opinion.
