Mixing shafts

Hi can someone tell me what the difference in a straight mixing shaft and one with a bend in it for a G5 ? Cheers

Are you sure the straight one is not your cleaning shaft .

My missus told me she used to a lot of mixing shafts,sometimes multiples at once.i ddon't understand either
