The blockwork piers are tied in with wall ties, just as quick to do it properly.

i work with old onwer of it he had it from new
i piced up a 240v mixer for him really cheap from the bootsale
but the drum was fceked on it so we did a swap of drums
them got a new drum from essex tuesday cheap
changed them over and job done £50

a bit of a gift that,there over a ton for similiar on ebay

he had the mixer from new not even changed the plug on it as i said i got him a elcy mixer and this one was now made redundent lol
so he gave me the mixer and a bit of cassh for the elcy mixer
and im now stuck with this mixer at the time it was a good plan but not soo now
as i dont do that much rendering and when i do i tend too use a cut down water but and wisk or just hire one
if any one wants it its £50 if not then i give up
