Hi all,i am plastering two walls to the entrance of my house i am applying a white dash finish to the walls i have the scratch coat finished now i need to mix the white dash,so i was hopeing someone could tell me how to mix the dash it is a slurry dash i think i need to mix up the limestone pebbles with white sand and lime and leave for a few days then mix again with white cement and apply to wall it is going to be a wet dash so if any one could tell me the way to do it i would be greatful.

kind regards

when we do roughcast we have two cement mixers one for the stone mix one for the dashing mortar so that we are not washing out everytime. it is heavy work dashing with a wet mix.
you could use a m r of liverpool white dashing mortar with a calcium flint dash if you do not want it two heavy

3:1:1 is wat we usualy do. White spar, white cement, silver sand. On a 4:1 backin coat of white renda
