Introducing the new MAPEWALL GPR - General Purpose Render from Mapei
What Is MapeWall GPR?
MapeWall GPR is a general purpose render for internal and external use. A grey powder composed of cement, selected aggregates and special synthetic resins, which when mixed with water provides a render that is easy to apply on suitably prepared masonry substrates. MapeWall GPR enables surfaces to be finished in many products from the MAPEI ‘Protective and Decorative Wall Coatings’ line including variations from the Silancolor Range.
What is it used for?
• Smoothing walls.
• Dubbing out mortar.
• Render only basecoat with sponge finish.
• Render only with silicone and mineral finishes.
How Is It Used?
MapeWall GPR is suitable for rendering and levelling internal and external masonry substrates, in thicknesses up to 15 mm per layer, up to an overall maximum thickness of 40 mm.
Apply by trowel or machine. Uneven substrates may require a first coat to build out the thickness required. Level off with a straight edge or Darby. The system can be reinforced with MAPEI Mapetherm Net to help prevent cracking.
Consumption: 25 Kg will cover an average of 1.5 m² at 10 mm thick
