lots of good reviews but lots of comments about the bass being too strong and not being able to hear talking on the radio cos of the bass rattle.

any of u lads got one ? Are the comments justified ?

Danny . Great in the office. Great anywhere.

Tough as ****.
Took mine on a camping trip for a friend's 30th. Was great. Had 6 makita batteries fully charged with me. Lasted the weekends partying! In a muddy wet field.

I couldnt be without it, id go fookin nuts without music (absolute 80s)

I'm not that posh I haven't got the DAB just the normal one :-(
had it about 6 years now I think can't remember exactly, but I just use 1 battery for it & charge it every morning it will last a day & half ish, but like I say I charge every morning so it never runs out during a days work, Used the plug for it about 3 times when it was new not used it since.
Also they are shower proof so I put mine in the shower every few months for a good clean :RpS_biggrin:

Top tip. If you buy one, keep the white bag it's wrapped in in the box. It fits over it like a pillowcase. Stop all the shoite hitting it when you're working. :RpS_thumbup:

Got a white one, kept the white bag as well though it tears easily.
Listen to Magic828 - lot better in DAB
Better than the DeWalt ones we've had though they did charge batteries as well.
