Lump on my Knee cap

Following on from the Love handles thread I now have a solid scare tissue type lump the size of a golf ball nearly on my right knee cap, used to have one on my left cap which was cut out , now looks like gonna have to have the same op again ffs,

Anyone else have or had the same ?
