Just been to cousins and putting an a stud wall up. Told em to get 10 lenghs of 3 x 2 at 10 ft and some thunderbolts etc.
So he asks what are these so his wife explained . So he asks but we want a wall what bout the wall if there are just thin lengh of wood .
He.s on a really good screw job wise but allways make me laugh how some well educated people.have no idea bout how things are built

Mate....one bloke rang my mate Mike - plumber. He was furious that his oil level was showing half when he'd topped it up only two days ago and Mike had told him that oil was cheapest.

'How the f**k is it cheapest' thundered knob head. 'I top it up yesterday, use it once and there's only half a tank now.'

I dunno. Have to come and see.

Th epipe was twice as high as the tank. Mike explained that the level was to the top of the tank but matey wouldn't have it. It had to be to the top of the pipe.

It's full.

It's NOT. It's half way up the guage. HALF FULL.

So Mike went and got a hack saw and cut the guage down to the top of the tank.

There. Full now. f**k off.
