Looking for work/experience in Scotland

hi im 27 and a chef to trade. But now i would like a change. I have experience in brickwork, painting and decorating, land scaping and labourer. But plastering has always intrigued me and id like to learn this skill. I am able to learn quickly i work hard and i aim for a professional touch in all i do. Any experience or work would be fantastic Any info is a great help thanks. Lewis
