Limelite high impact finishing plaster

Someone pls settle an argument between me and my old man (both spreads).....

should Limelite finishing plaster be finished to a smooth finish like multi-finish?

yeah why not it's a finish isn't it or am I wrong it's still a finish but no gypsum

It won't finish like gypsum anyway it's more of a gritty finish Matt like somebody as said

i would set in limelite plaster. do not over trowel, leave in a eggshell finish. an open finish

Both should be left matt finish.
