Laying slabs

Starting rest of my back garden in a few weeks when weather dies down, how would you go about laying slabs on top of grass. Thinking a layer of teram then whin dust then slabs on top, will be doing round the perimeter of the garden in slabs then AstroTurf in middle.

I put Teram down then screed ver the top and drop the slabs down onto the wet screed

You want to dig the turf off wackerd sub base and drop them on screeded concreting sand and cement mix if you want them to last mate

No preparation needed. Will stick to any length of grass. Even molehills.
