On a job with my cousin. Just dug out footings and BC came out. c**t spotted some trees at end of the garden and got his ‘book’ out. I walked up garden with the tape and grabbed a couple of extra metres.
Still had to dig down another foot..by hand!

Old builder who did my garage had a tape rusty as f**k . I said what the fucks that. He said its in Brail. Roof went on no probs lol

I did. I also checked my new laser level a few years back, with my Stabilas when I first got it. Spot on too. Old dog, new trick, but wouldn’t be without it now.

How do you know, check it with your tape measure?

When I use Tapit tape to fix beads, I put some staples in to hold the tape on.
