Let it dry out completely and as Warrior says use equalizing paint. I found Jub good to use. It is a paint though. 30m2 to the bucket @ 2 coats. £108 per bucket inc.
Thanks for the advice. We decided to just hack it off and go with sand cement. Will we be okay to still use the base coat if we grind into it after taking the top coat of silicone ft off?
I know it seems extreme but I think its the scraping that's the problem. It's a different texture. Building control wouldn't pass it here. The silicone ft seems really weak, I could scrape a patch back to the base coat in about 10 seconds. Is that normal? Will the hp12 take sand cement?
