Krend damp circles

Hi, I hope somebody can point me in any direction to help me resolve a problem with my Krend. 3 years ago I had the bottom half of my semi detached house done with Krend. On just one wall I began to notice circles of what looked like damp. The wall is the bottom right gable end wall. I have had 5 people out to try to solve the problem and nobody seems to know what is causing the patches. I had a damp specialist a few months ago who sorted the inside of the wall as it did have a small amount of damp. The problem has not gone away and looks no better than it did before the damp course was done. I have had the gutter above looked at and the pointing looks okay too. I’m told not use the Krend paint as this will make the building sweat even more. The house had the air bricks blocked 3 years ago so I wonder if that could have caused the problem but I’m told probably not. Any help is greatly appreciated!! I’ve even called the technical help desk at Krend but they also can’t point me in any direction. Besides 3 damp companies calling out who don’t know where this is coming from I’m at my wits end!

i had the same on a large refurb with parex.

their tech said it prob down to rusty wall ties...

think load of bull to be fair. but never heard back

Could be wall ties, if the cavity is blocked up at the bottom of the wall with mortar.

Be worth getting a good heater on them see if that drys it out , let us know

Here's a curve ball. I wouldn't be surprised if some hydraulic fluid got onto the wall when you were having the drive done, and then rendered over

Just noticed the airbrick under loo window, that was blocked so do you think that could be part of the problem? If so, have you any idea how I can correct this issue?

Cut it out yeah lol
Can’t see brick work close enough on that picture but watering hanging basket could be issue if it is one of wet patch that appeared
