Yeh 27m2 of brownin on the walls and 15m2 in the ceiling, 42m2 of skimming in total probably 3 - 4 beads and 15m2 of pva x 2.

Hi mate sorry i didn't get in touch. My Mrs lost her job about a week after you gave this reply and we are both still out of work so as you can imagine money is a bit tight.
