kicked off on a job today

dont really do much site work,anyway started a job yesterday in solihull just dot and dab on a dayrate through an agency,£11 an hour.....i thought im happy with that for 2 weeks till one of my job starts....so got there me and a mate found our feet and cracked on (big gaffer of firm not there, tape and jointer showed us round)...anyway got talkin to another lad who was on a price with the firm (150 large per room to dot and dab)he starts at 7am and works till 7pm to get done.....anyhow the main man lands today seen our work and said we aint just done enough you need to knock a room out each day on your own at what we are paying you (£11 an hour).......so really he whats us to break our balls for less money than the price bloke.....what a w**k*r...i said dont call me i,ll call you...in the van and fecked off...even another polish bloke jacked as well i found out...its the first bit of trouble ive had on site work...
 
23/24ish loads of them, therma boards and 12.5 all 8x4s and 6 windows to cut round,also forgot to say we had to load out for that as well.....up and down 2 flights of stairs....
 
Its hard to say without seeing it but normally except a couple of rooms a day at least, depending on the room its self obviously. We've were doing a 2 bed flat out in 1 day a while back, two of us. But that was pretty straight forward.
 
and 5 windows,reveals and everything....are you including getting all the stuff up2 flights of stairs and mixing up as well?dont forget we are on £11 hour 8am till 4.30

Should of bumped it on dab mate .next time use a spoon for dab you'll get about 15 boards to a bag .that will teach em I think 15 being kind lol.

Theyre all takin the piss.How many boards did he want?
 
Sounds like a tw*t if he aint even considered that you've gotta load the job up first. Mind you, if you're on £11 an hour he will be paying a little bit more to the vultures - sorry I mean agency:RpS_thumbup:
