kauf skim plaster

Knauf ,in my opinion is best plaster on the market, just coat beads , doorframes etc in front of yourself, and do a rolling set. It covers 15m2 per bag so three sets a day , moneys in. That's 6 bags a day 90m2 ,dead easy

If someone decides they like knaufs skim then it makes sense to buy a pallet as long as you have room to store it. Then it doesn't matter who you order from as probably next day delivery.
 
Knauf is great to use, I used it for five years when I was doing site work, as has been mentioned before , fill all your beads , tapes out , then basically use it the same as pink. You can get away with one thick coat but I still prefer to lay it in . Knauf goes much further per bag to and is lighter to use

Do a search on the forum for MP Finish... there have been a lot of posts recently, also some videos posted....

There are a lot of guys on here using it a lot as well.... @theclemo, for one, seems to only use it....

The best tip I can give u mate is mix it ticker then multi. It should just about pour out of the bucket. And as said coat beads and joints first.
When u get in to mpfinish mate u won't go back to multi.:RpS_thumbsup:
 
Cheers lads thanks for the tips. I've got ten bags to get through, I'll be an expert with it by then,
I did notice that it takes a bit longer to go off than multi.

Don't use much water when troweling it. And if u have a refina s*p*r*lex u don't need any water to finish it. After u give it 2 trowels put the next hit on then u can fall back and give the first hit a polish. When using it mate u don't have to get back on it as early as multi.

ps. If u don't have a s*p*r*lex @Marshy is a rep for Refina he will help u out.

If only i knew a local rep who could get me a couple of bags to have a play with Rich or even to invite me to a local knauf demonstration..........................:rolleyes) @Runswithscissors
