It will eventually stain, worst case go green.
But if it has not yet stained, get it sealed with a sealer. K Rend makes one and you cant tell its on. Two coats wet on wet and its watery to put on. Just make sure it doesn’t go on glass or paving. You will see it when it rains otherwise.

I was wondering if anyone has come across an issue where after K Rend has been used it appears like the attached photos when it’s wet? Or what they might think the issues are?

bet its fine when its not rainingRain water is just running down the surface of the render as there is no sufficient overhang protecting it.
