A contractor I do a bit of work for asked for a price to do some of this but I have never done it so I asked another spread I know who does this and he said £27.50 m2 labour only. I don't expect anyone to discuss their prices but for anyone who regularly does this is this a little high? Its basecoat with mesh over cement board, primer then top coat. Thanks

Too high in the north west,suppose it depends on the area.

It will also depend on whether it is plenty to go at area's or small panels.

Depends if you have to put cement board on too

It's a good run of about 100 m2. Cement boards are already fixed

Plus if its a good size timber frame you will need horizontal slip beads all to be considered in the price
