Joint between ceiling and wall- Tape or not?

Will be re-boarding a ceiling and was wondering if you use some scrim tape between the ceiling joint and the walls before skimming. The walls won't be skimmed

just run the scrim flat around the edge of the ceiling

Scrim every joint.

if you want to do a decent job, scrim ceiling lines ,return it 100mm down the wall and twitch the ceiling lines.
