Freehold owned by an entity in the British Virgin Islands, so I struggle to feel much (if any) sympathy. Obscene amounts of wealth and all held offshore. The property is probably just an investment, and the building work a cynical attempt at maximising it's value.

I just read the article and shrugged my shoulders.

Having said that, I wouldn't wish to see the building firm(s) go bankrupt over it. Does make you wonder if structural engineering stipulations were followed correctly, or if there was major negligence.
